My name is Monica Chander. I am the founder of Lozen.

Connecting Business with Talent

I care passionately about two things: people and business and how the intersection of these can be powerfully combined.

Engaging with people to uncover their gifts and talents comes naturally to me. My motivation comes from helping people succeed and evolve to be the best of themselves.

I love business. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, I grew up encouraged to ask questions and learning about how businesses work. Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, it is no coincidence that, following my MBA, my early career was as a management consultant.

Subsequently, I created Lozen, as a natural way to merge my core passions, people and business.

My goal is to delight customers at every touch point.
